How did we operate without Calamari?
At a certain point, we had become too big to continue managing vacations in many different places: excel files, emails, or on paper. In fact, each department had its ways, so everyone did it a little differently.
We wanted to change that and that's why we chose Time off module. When Calamari introduced a new Time & Attendance module, we found that having all the data on attendance and absences in one place would be even better, so we implemented it as well.
