As for the Calamari Time & Attendance module, lateness, which we previously had problems with, has evidently decreased. Now everything is clear—who came and went at what time and whether they worked as many hours as they should. This helps when evaluating an employee later.
In addition, thanks to Calamari, we have allowed our employees to work flexible hours and remotely, which was impossible before.
